Key Point on Machining
When profile machining titanium alloy, vibrations, chipping and
abnormal damage of the cutting edge can occur. Use of a tool which is
designed for vibration control is effective. The latest SMART MIRACLE
vibration control ball nose end mills have variable pitch geometry
with a newly designed cutting edge geometry to reduce vibration.
Application Example
Stable machining is achieved without vibration. Tool life is approximately 3 times longer when
using the 6 flute type due to the increase in the number of flutes.
